I was asked in the comments on iPhoneography.com how SmartCam compares to ColorLeap (formerly Zipix). Here is my response reposted: 
 
I like ColorLeap and it&#039;s been on my iPhone since Zipix.  
 
In my Antigua test shot, SmartCam performed a better, IMO. The SmartCam image had better sharpness and detail. Noise levels were comparable. The ColorLeap image was darker overall. Color saturation was better in the ColorLeap image, which is an issue I brought up with SmartCam.
