Great list, including several I didn't know about. Only suggestion: I would have included PhotoCurvesFree, which I found even more useful than PhotoSharpFree until I finally bit the bullet and bought PhotoForge.

You may also want to check out iRetouch Lite, now it is free and has lots of unique features (like cloning stamp, smudge, advanced "color splashing", misc blending modes, image resizing).

It's great that you added MonoPhix lite to the list! Feels good to have on of my apps share an article with apps such as Photoshop.com. And oh, the link is http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/monophix-lite/id34... Seems like the App Store links for Photoshop Mobile and MonoPhix Lite or missing.
