I use both. The enhancements that they perform are different and what works for one image may not work for another.

Right now, Perfectly Clear is my goto DRC app. I like the results that I get from it. (TIP: Scale back the Sharpen slider for less noisy images. It's cranked up pretty high by default)

If that doesn't work, which isn't often, I then run the image through SmartCam. I like both. If I had to recommend only one, I'd go with Perfectly Clear right now.

So, what image improving app would you recommend, SmartCam or Perfectly Clear?. I'm talking about quality, price is not important.
