Updates to the popular analog-simulation photo apps Hipstamatic and lo-mob were released in the App Store today.

The lo-mob update features general stability improvements — always a good thing for an app that processes as much as Lo-Mob does.

The Hipstamatic update features a few minor additional features, as well as bug fixes and performance improvements. The update doesn’t include any new HipstaPaks of films, flashes and lenses.

Here’s a list of what’s fixed and new in the new Hipstamatic 155:

New Features
- You can now zoom-in to Recent Prints (just double tap a print, or tap once then tap the tiny thumbnail)
- Images are now geo-tagged (if you have ‘Save EXIF Data’ turned on in Settings)
- Increased the maximum number of Recent Prints to 72
- Increased the default print size to 600 pixels square

Bug Fixes
- Fixed the Facebook ‘blank image’ upload bug – you can now upload images via the Facebook app (only applies to new images taken with the 155)
- Fixed the border on Ina’s 1969 film
- Other misc crashing fixes and optimizations

Both updates are available now in iTunes and the App Store. lo-mob is a 50Mb download. If you’re still on the EDGE network, you might want to wait until you’re connected to WiFi before updating.
