Here’s a cool link. Reader Steve Lombardi has created a great effects grid showing the possible combinations of all the films and Overdrive filters available in ClassicTOY 6.0.0. A very handy resource if you already own the app. And a great way to see what ClassicTOY can do if you’re thinking about buying the app.

Thanks Marty for posting this link, and especially Steve for taking the time to put this grid together.
My own favorite setting for a while now has been CL Original #1 / Overdrive / Grunge. FWIW.
This is a great app once you get to know it.
I'm liking the new stuff in it and also the double-exposure lens – really cool effects.

I hate to say this but I really dislike the new filters.
They somehow just look cheaper and lack the personality and the character of the old overdrives in way of color saturation (which was wonderful and one of my main reasons for using the app) and/or the despondent feel of the other grunge overdrive option.
I find the toy camera effect pretty stale and the grunge too contrasty or just not enough of a change from normal for certain filters.
Please bring back the old filters! Anyone else feeling this?
