Having is wireless photo transfer app is a great convenience that you didn’t know you need until you have it… then it’s one of those things that you wonder how you got along without.

Scotty “beams” photos and videos from your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad to your Mac over Wi-Fi. No cables, internet connection, browser or emails with attachments required. All you need is a Wi-Fi connection to the same Wi-Fi network as your Mac. All photos and videos that are available in the standard Photos app can be transferred with Scotty.

Photos are transferred in full resolution. The transferred photos contain metadata (EXIF) and GPS/location information. Videos are transferred in full quality and full resolution. Scotty is not a native iPad app and will only use a small portion of the iPad screen.
