Very cool….. I'm a long time resident of Tucson "The Old Pueblo" Arizona and look forward to submitting shots to this. I'm just saddened they are limiting it to "cameras that can make phone calls". I currently don't have an iPhone, but have a 4th Gen iPod Touch that I use often, making full use of the many great apps available to those two platforms. I wonder if I can sneak under the radar with it since I can make calls with Skype on the Touch!!

You can submit photos from your iPod Touch because like you said you can make calls with Skype and other platforms. Photos from iPads will also be accepted because they are capable of making phone calls as well.
