Add Diptic to the List of Apps Which Export Straight to Instagram

There’s no denying Instagram’s popularity as more and more apps have hooks which allow you to export images straight to Instagram without first saving to the camera roll. I think it’s a cool feature and like that it’s spreading not only to Instagram but other photo apps as well.

Photo app Diptic easily combines multiple images to create diptych, triptych and quadtych photographs. I’ve previously talked about earlier versions of Diptic here and here. Nick Hall and his team at Peak Systems have set the standard for this class of app.

The new Diptic 4.1 update just released now also has the hook that shares your creations straight to Instagram with one click, bypassing the camera roll.

Diptic is still old-iPhone friendly. Requirements: Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Requires iOS 3.0 or later.

With this update, Diptic is on sale now for three days only. Normally $1.99, it’s been reduced to $0.99 for a limited time.
