Noir Photo is the great but relatively pricey photo app that lets you convert your images into luscious, classic, cinematic black & white images. It’s a fairly simple app that can be used to create classic-looking monochromes. It’s easy to use with few controls.
In my original review, I said that “A good app to have, but not essential at this premium price.” It’s now on sale for $0.99 — that’s $2 off the normal price. This is a great price for this app and if you’ve been on the fence about this one but were put off by the $3 pricetag, this is a great chance to get the app and save a couple of bucks. No indication if this is a permanent price drop or not, so grab it now.
Noir Photo is a universal app. It’ll run great on any iOS device including iPad. Requirements say compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Requires iOS 4.0 or later.
