Holiday Gift Guide: HipstaCase 100 – Half Off This Weekend Only!
It’s been two years since Hipstamatic was released in the App Store. Whether it was the brilliant marketing — the “revival” of a mythical prototype toy camera from the early 1980′s, the Hipstamatic 100 — or the fact that the app creates lush, great looking unique effects, Hipstamatic has spent most of its time in the App Store fighting sharing the #1 spot with Camera+ and Color Splash in Paid Photo Apps.
Earlier this year, Synthetic Infatuation teamed up with iPhone case maker Agent18 to manufacture the HipstaCase 100. The case gives your iPhone 4 or 4S the appearance of a “real life” Hipstamatic toy camera.
The case is on sale through the weekend. Click past the jump for more info and the promo code needed for the discount. >>>>
I reviewed the HipstaCase back in April. Not only does this plastic case give your iPhone 4 the look and texture of what a Hipstamatic camera would have have looked like, but it adds some unexpected protection and function to your device — a tripod mount and a very handy wrist strap. It’s a pretty solid and sexy little case.
This entire weekend, celebrate Hipstamatic’s birthday in the Hipstamart online only. Use promo code “HAPPYBIRTHDAY” to get 50% off a Hipstacase. The case normally sells for $39.95 — this is a huge savings of almost $20. It’s available in black or white. There’s also a case available for the latest iPod Touch models.
For anyone who shoots with Hipstamatic, this makes a great gift. It’s even better for $20 less.
One big omission in the case is Hipstamatic’s signature yellow dot. Click to read how I completed my HipstaCase and added the Big Yellow Dot.
This sale is good this weekend only and only online at Hipstamart.com.

I just bought a white one for my new white 4S and I love. I may get a second one as a back up at this price. Lol
Hmmm, it's still selling for $39.95???
I got a black one several months ago and I love it. Not only does it look good and feel good, but I really rely on that lanyard when shooting over bridges or water.
