Diptic is FREE right now in the App Store

Diptic app for iPhone and iPad

Photo app Diptic for iPhone and iPad is FREE in the App Store for a limited time. It’s normally $0.99. If you don’t already have this highly-recommended app, download it now.

Diptic easily combines multiple images to create diptych, triptych and quadtych photographs. I’ve previously talked about earlier versions of Diptic here.

The team at Peak Systems have set the standard for this class of app. Despite the large number of new multi-frame apps available now, it’s still one of the best in its class. It’s easy to use. It has plenty of standard frame templates. There are a lot of features, including direct to Instagram sharing and importing images direct form Facebook and Flickr. And Diptic sports the highest output resolution I’ve seen in a multi-frame diptych app, 3264×3264 pixels.

Diptic is still old iPhone-friendly. Requirements: Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.Requires iOS 3.0 or later.

Normal price is $0.99. I know this because I was trying to decide between it (Diptic) and PicFrame yesterday and went with PicFrame. D'oh! At least I get to try both now :)
