Layover is the closest thing I’ve found to Photoshop-style layers on the iPhone. Other apps have layers as part of the workflow, including Filterstorm, Image Blender, Photo Wizard and others, but they don’t behave quite like layers in Adobe Photoshop for desktop. Our review of Layover, a fairly easy to use but powerful layering, blending and compositing app. It lets you blend up to five images. It’s not perfect yet, but version 1 is pretty good.
