360 Panorama is FREE right now!
Single-take panorama app, 360 Panorama by Occipital, is free right now in the App Store. This is for a limited time only, so grab it now. It’s from the same developer who created the excellent ClearCam photo app.
The app creates immersive panos – up to 360 degrees – in a single take. Past versions have been a little cranky for me, but when it works, the panos are pretty seamless and very cool.
I’ll create a prettier link when I’m back in the office. Until then, here’s a text link you can follow to download. 360 Panorama is available as a free download for a limited time.
Requirements: Compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod touch (4th generation), iPad 2 Wi-Fi, and iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G. Requires iOS 4.0 or later.

What a cracking app. Only played with it indoors so far but I see the potential. Thanks for the heads up.
thanks for the heads up, dl-ing now (-:
it's cool. thanks Marty.
Thank you Marty, for this alert & all the others you've given. Absolutely wonderful service you provide – greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the heads up Marty. I just finished playing with it This is the fourth panoramic app that I have on my phone. I would say that it comes in second place behind Autostitch and far above Photosynth and Pano. It works a lot like Photosynth but better. I like the interface and find it easier to cover unshot areas better. The end results though are very similar to Photosynth. In other words there are areas where the program will be just a bit off and you will have to spend a bunch of time in photoshop correcting the details. I typically don't have this problem with Autostitch. 360 Panorama is far above Pano because it's soooo much easier to use when actually shooting. I liked Pano when it first came out, but the other mentioned programs are now far superior.
The devil is in the details and for a true test of these four apps the same finished photo needs to be taken and then have each of those photos printed for comparison.
Hi, Jock,
I'm glad they've fixed the "drift" issue I had with earlier versions of the app. It's been a while since I've used it — I've been using Photosynth. I'll have to give it a revisit.
