Rays adds beautiful ray effects similar to light passing through a cloud or fog. It does an excellent job of adding a very ethereal and dreamlike effect to your photos. The effects are well-rendered and look very natural.
Rays is extremely easy to use. The onscreen tools are easy to figure out with very little experimentation and play. You can easily place the “source of the rays using an unobtrusive onscreen target. It lets you customize the color of the rays using a color picker.
The app works great. It supports the full 3264×2448 pixel resolution of the iPhone 4S. It supports up to 2592×1936 pixels — that’s 5 megapixels and is the same resolution of the iPhone 4. (I inadvertently grabbed an old image to test. Sorry for the confusion. =M=)
Rays is normally $0.99 and I would recommend it at it’s regular price. For free, this is an essential download. Grab it now.
