Here is The Best of 2011 Faved On Flickr Showcase. Over the last 52 weeks, over 10,000 images were submitted to Life In LoFi’s Flickr group. Hundreds of images were showcased here.
Normally, I don’t consider Faved On Flickr to be a competition. It’s planned as a weekly showcase for established and new iPhoneographers. Images are chosen without preference to any photographer. They are the top two dozen or so images that catch my eye from week to week.
This week, however, I’ve collected two dozen of the best of the best images from this year’s posts. These are my picks for Life In LoFi’s Best of Faved for 2011. This week, you get to curate. You get to choose which photo is Life In LoFi’s Top Fave 2011.
These images were selected from all of 2011’s Faved On Flickr showcases. It was not an easy task to narrow down the selections to the two dozen. These images are two dozen of my faves from the showcases this year — the shortlist started with about fifty. I think these are great photographs. Whether they are portraits, street photography, composites, or abstracts, many of these photos tell a great story.
At the end of the post, you can vote for your favorite photo from this selection. The winning photographer gets the bragging rights of Life In LoFi’s Top Fave 2011. The winner also gets a Gymbl iPhone 4/4S Tripod by YOUBIQ. Voting ends this Saturday, December 31, 2011 at 11:00 PM Central Time. Your vote will be counted only once.

Submissions are open to everyone with an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. All you have to do to submit your photography is to post your images to Life In LoFi on Flickr. On Sundays, we feature a brand new showcase.
I hope you enjoy today’s set. It’s like a greatest hits compilation of iPhoneography.
As always, many thanks to all of the iPhoneographers who post and share their photography every week.
