Here is this week’s Faved On Flickr, one of the longest-running iPhoneography showcases on the web. There were over a thousand images shared this week to Life In LoFi’s Flickr group. Many outstanding ones. Here’s this week’s selection.
Many of the iPhoneographers regularly showcased — this week included — here are also featured in this week’s LA Mobile Arts Festival. That’s a huge honor. Congratulations to the artists for inclusion in this very high-profile show.

This week’s lead image is a brilliantly playful work, “L’allumeur d’étoiles” by Magikphil. Its minimal processing combined with excellent composition combine to make this a simple, yet great photograph. There are more great photos this week from Andrew Proudlove, Ginger Lucero, Dixon Hamby, Greg Schmigel, Shel Serkin, Michael Andrade, Gusbano and many others.
Several images in this week’s showcase were also selected for our new, Twitter and Google Plus-only feature, Life In LoFi’s Daily Pic. Follow @LifeInLoFiBlog on Twitter for each day’s image.
Links go back to the iPhoneographer’s Flickr photostream. There are many first-time appearances in this week’s selections and I encourage you to follow the links to discover new artists.
Submissions are open to everyone with an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. To submit your photography, simply post your images to Life In LoFi’s Flickr group. Sundays, we feature a brand new showcase of more great iPhone photography
There are many other stunning works posted in our Flickr group. Be sure to stop by there and have a look at the many other images that I can’t fit into this piece.
I hope you find images here that move and inspire you.
Please enjoy this set. As always, it’s the iPhoneographers who deserve the credit. My sincere thanks to all of the iPhoneographers who continue to share their outstanding photography here and elsewhere.
