Of the image editing photo apps, PhotoForge is, in my opinion, the most powerful and the one most like “Photoshop for the iPhone†— something the actual Photoshop iPhone app doesn’t even come close to. Both versions have a very powerful feature set, including full image controls, painting and cloning. The iPad version is written especially for iPad and takes good advantage of the larger screen real estate of the device. In my opinion, PhotoForge also has the best Auto White Balance tool of any of the iPhone image editors.
PhotoForge for iPhone usually sells for $2.99 USD. For iPad, it normally goes for $4.99. It’s a great app and one that I use often. At these prices, PhotoForge is an essential purchase if you don’t have it already. This is a special Thanksgiving sale, so grab it now before the price goes back up
