iPhone App Review: Lumiere 1.1 – More of the Good Stuff

When the retro-styled Lumiere was released a couple of months ago, I liked the app — wasn’t thrilled with it. At the time, I wrote about the first version “It’s got some good features. I just wish there were more of them.” Lumiere has been updated and the new 1.1 update gives users just that — more of what’s good about the app. There’s a lot to entusiastically like about Lumiere 1.1.

Super 8â„¢, the official iPhone app of the upcoming Super 8â„¢ blockbuster is in the app store now. It’s FREE for a limited time. That’s a steal. This app is awesome. Grab it now. Of course, the movie tie-in would be a Super 8 emulator. It’s nothing like you’d expect. I thought the app would be weak, feature-lite Super 8 camera app that beats you over the head with movie tie-in. Wrong on both accounts.
