Here is this week’s Faved On Flickr showcase. This week, iPhoneographers shared some great photography, abstracts, captured moments, and awesome street photography in Life In LoFi’s Flickr group. And here you have it… this week’s showcase from the more than 1,000 images shared in the group this week.

I’m always pleasantly surprised at the range of work submitted to LoFi’s flickr group. For me, it’s amazing to see the beautiful end results of the photography that is shared, and in many cases artists pushing the envelope and their art when apping images. Hopefully, the images this week inspire to create. There is a lot of outstanding photography this week. I think the start of a well-apped photo is a good photograph.
I’ve always loved Dixon Hamby’s ability to capture a story the moment he snaps the shutter. The lead image this week is a great photograph and another outstanding example of his storytelling abilities. This week, there are also brilliant works from Isabelle “MissPixel”s Gagné, Jaime Ferreyros, Chris Harland, Souichi Furusho, Roger Guetta, and many others.
Whenever possible, I’ve used the photographer’s real name in the caption, not the Flickr nick. This gives proper credit and recognition to the photographers and to better enable the viewer to get to know better each photographer and their work. Links go directly to the iPhoneographer’s Flickr photostream. If you like what you see, please click and check out their other work.
For your chance to be seen, all you have to do is be a member of the Flickr group, post, and keep adding great images. Here’s the link to Life In LoFi on Flickr. Then, check back here every Sunday (mostly) — we’ll have more.
Even if you haven’t shared your photography here, I hope you enjoy the images in this week’s showcase. Many thanks to the iPhoneographers who post and share their works and vision.
