AutoStitch Panorama 3.1 has just hit the App Store. The improvements include a new retina display-ready icon, bug fixes and a very nice feature I’ve been wanting for a while — background support for iOS 4.

There was absolutely nothing about this app that made me want to spend the $0.99 for the in-app upgrade. For owners of older iPhones, there are better free “flash” fixers.
