Here are the images chosen for this week’s Faved on Flickr. Again, there was a lot of great iPhone photography submitted to the Flickr group this week. iPhoneographers are not just creating and sharing great photography — they are creating excellent art, as evidenced by these and the many, many other images shared and displayed.

I like the lines, colors and the spheres of Holly Sisson’s “Stop Or Go?”, the lead image this week. It’s a great shot with a narrow depth of field that leaves you wondering what it is you just looked at. The self-portrait “Mouth” by Red Kiwi is simple and sensual, with great contrast and curves. Maria Page’s “M” is equally as simple, effective and haunting.
“Modern Family” by Jordan Cortese is excellently staged and a brilliant photograph. As the subjects’ faces are obscured by relevant family issues, the classic clothing and vintage processing add an ironic twist to this amusing and powerful photograph. “Life is a Series of Small Moments, I” by Nacho Cordova is a brilliant collage of random found moments, each a great photograph on their own.
unruly_e’s “Things fall into place…” features excellent production using multiple apps, including a clever mask of a 3D Photo layer. There are some excellent high contrast monochromes by Rikvah, Jordi V. Pou, steve angelkov and others. “Signs of A lost childhood” by Alex Moorehead is powerful and disturbing.
There’s another portrait by Nicholas Corsalini. Nick’s portraits series are always well shot and different. His Mugshots previously featured here are a brilliant series combining photos and text. “Hubert Ignored” is part of his highly amusing and very well photographed series “A day with Hubert Cumberdale”. You should follow the link to his Flickr photostream to see more.
I’ll let the rest of the images speak for themselves. There’s a lot of great photography this week.
